Padel Makes Its National Games Debut at the 35th National Games 2025 in Karachi

The 35th National Games 2025, held in Karachi from 6th to 13th December 2025, marked a historic chapter in Pakistan’s sporting journey. Organized by the Sindh Olympic Association (SOA) under the patronage and umbrella of the National Olympic Committee of Pakistan (NOC/Pakistan), this mega national event brought together athletes from across the country to compete in a wide range of sports disciplines.

A significant highlight of the Games was the successful inclusion of Padel for both Men’s and Women’s categories on an exhibition basis, conducted from 9th to 11th December 2025 at Neo Maidan, KMC Karachi. This marked the first-ever appearance of Padel at the National Games, reflecting the rapid growth and increasing popularity of the sport in Pakistan.

The exhibition events attracted considerable attention from athletes, officials, and spectators, showcasing Padel’s dynamic nature, accessibility, and potential for nationwide development.
